Mentors and protégés will have opportunities to share their mentoring experiences, challenges and successes at monthly informal gatherings.

All mentors/ protégés have to submit applications providing relevant information on their professional and personal backgrounds.

Everyone is recommended with matches based on individual preferences for industry, cultural, life, language and personal interests.

All mentors and protégés will attend orientation and refresher programs, receiving guidance and training in becoming effective program participants.

Corporations can further motivate their staff by being involved with HKABPW activities and events.
